Hotel Joy

We ordered Dosa rate 50/- per Number, But it is not even worth for Rs.10, Size is very small and thin, very disappointed.

I visited this hotel recently and purchased parcel. I also went inside to collect my parcel and the master and others inside the kitchen were not knowing anything about hygiene and I was shocked to see that the server was putting back the remaining sambar and poori masala from the plate of one customer.

I visited this hotel on 14 Aug 2016 to purchase sweets and poori for my son. I purchased sweets worth of around Rs.500 and ordered one plate poori parcel after paying to the cashier. The cashier advised to go inside and collect the parcel. I went inside and handed over the receipt for parcel and waited. After 15 minutes waiting also that server has not responded and I started shouting. The server told me that nobody could control him and return back receipt to me and asked to go and collect money from the cashier. To threaten the cashier, I asked to return money for sweets as well as poori and the cashier without any reaction returned the money to me after collecting sweets. I was surprised to note no reaction about their server behaviors and no regret to the customer. I think the cashier is also employee and nobody is treating the customer properly. I request owner to take immediate action for such people or otherwise you will loose customers.
